Craniosacral Therapy
A light-touch, gentle, hands-on treatment that relieves tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole body health and performance. It is a treatment technique where the practitioner releases restrictions in the soft tissues that surroung the central nervous system. It is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction and is also used as a preventive health measure to bolster resistance to disease. A session is booked for 75 minutes, however, the actual treatment time varies and may be from 45 - 75 minutes in duration.
